Can I get a refund?Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where goods are faulty or not as described. All clothing and footwear items are non-returnable. Please ensure that you purchase the correct size. Any items from our pre-owned and clearance range are SOLD AS SEEN. We will notify on the product description if there are any damages or faults. These items are non-returnable or refundable as they are SOLD AS SEEN. If refunds are requested you will need to contact us or click the link in the contact us page. Please note you must have proof of the purchase. If a refund is authorised you will need to provide the same card details you completed the transaction with.

What is the return policy?At Bargain Depot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy allows you to return most items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team who will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Note that some items, such as perishable goods or customized products, may not be eligible for return. Additionally, while we do process refunds promptly, please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to be reflected on your original method of payment. Why is delivery charged?As a small company we are only just starting which means there are alot of overheads to cover. We rely on third party couriers to deliver your items swiftly and safely. Our 2 main providers are Royal Mail & EVRI.

How much is delivery?Prices vary depending on where you are in the UK. Delivery prices for standard start from £3.99 and go all the way up to £14.99 for Express. Standard delivery can take from 3-5 working days. Express can be within 72 hours. Please note some items may take longer depending on demand. This will be noted in the item description so please ensure you read this.

Can I give items away for you to resell?YES! You can absolutely do so. We don't buy items unfortunately however, most of our pre-owned products range are donated as goodwill gestures. We then use monies raised from this to put back in local giving projects and support causes nationally. Each customer that sends pre-owned items to us are given a 10% voucher to use in our online store. Please note if you wish to send stuff through this scheme, you must notify us first via bargaindepot@djktradinggroup.co.uk. We will then send you details and a unique code to send to us. You can either drop these items off to us (Via a confirmed appointment) or you can post it to us (we do not pay for delivery fees).

Are pre-owned items checked before being sold?YES! We check any products which are given to us through our pre-owned scheme and ensure they are of satisfactory quality and are not damaged. Any items not fit for purpose are either recycled or given away. The good stuff stays with us and is then resold.
